July 2020

The traditional one year anniversary gift is paper, which is appropriate since I realized late in the day it was our official anniversary when shuffling through paper! Maegan & I feel like we have been running a sprint in the last year, HoHG has taken off at a speed we could have never imagined. Every step of the way God has gone before us, providing solutions to problems as they arose and putting friends in our lives with the wisdom and experience to guide us when we faced new hurdles.

The last year has been a gift, it has brought a strengthening of my faith and relationship with Jesus Christ, a sister in Maegan and unexpecting and joy filled friendship with our team in Haiti. I have learned so much about myself, our God and what it truly means to live in faith.

We are ready to follow where God leads and have plans to formalize our organization in Haiti, continue the school and feeding program in Pignon, grow our partnership with the Ephrata Baptist Church and extend the sweet dreams program to a new orphanage we have come to know in southern Haiti.

Happy Anniversary Friends, we love you all ~

Kim
